Run each posting through this first

  1. Level & function. Senior IT service delivery / operations / ITSM / release / delivery management, or a close cousin. Otherwise → skip.
  2. Location & setup. A remote role only works if the legal employer sits Hungary-side, or you're contracting. Two valid lanes:
    1 · Employed Hungary-side — a Hungarian company, or a foreign firm that hires you via an EOR or its own HU entity. 2 · Contracting — you invoice as egyéni vállalkozó (EU/DACH clients). Fewest constraints.
    Onsite only within your zone. For any foreign remote role, ask early: "Do you employ via an EOR, or does this need HU residency / on-site?" — anything else → skip.
  3. Pay. Clears your floor. Hidden salary isn't a no — apply, but ask the number early.
  4. Smell. Survivors get a tag: A serious · B fine · C churn. Apply to A and B; touch C only on a slow week.
Every posting exits as skip or A / B / C → log it below. There is no "maybe" pile.
